SHIPPING POLICY
We ship items out Monday-Friday, daily. Friday all orders placed before 12:00 pm central will go out that day. Please understand shipping carriers do not pick up on Saturday and Sunday.
Orders placed on Fridays with the Next Day Air shipping option may not be delivered on the weekend pending the carrier delivery times. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Central M-TH with the Next Day Air shipping option may not ship until the next day.

We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. If you have multiple orders within the same day, please email us at contact@raythebrand.com to combine your orders and we will refund one of the shipping cost if the first order has not already been processed and shipped.
***PLEASE check your shipping address before submitting your order! Once your order has been shipped, you will be charged a second shipping fee of $10 (standard shipping) for us to ship to the correct address once the item is returned to us by the carrier.
STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES:
We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Once the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier we cannot issue a refund. If this happens, we recommend you contacting the carrier regarding your shipment.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by mail carriers and we are not able to refund shipping charges if the shipping carriers do not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.

We HIGHLY recommend purchasing the additional Shipping Insurance available at checkout. If you chose to opt out of the shipping insurance there is nothing we can do to help ensure your packages are delivered and received.
