Melissa’s Chocolate Chip Pound Cake -- Ingredients: 1 Regular Box of Vanilla Cake Mix ¾ Cup Water ¾ Cup Oil 4 Eggs ½ Cup Sugar 1 Cup Sour Cream (8oz) 1 Small Instant Chocolate Pudding Packet 1 Cup Hershey Chocolate Chips  How to make: Mix all ingredients together, with the Chocolate Chips being last. Pour mixture into a bundt cake pan. Bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes. Enjoy!
Mallee’s Spicy Pickle Martini -- Ingredients: 3 Shots of Vodka 1 Ounce of Pickle Juice 2 Tablespoons of Dry Vermouth 1 Teaspoon Hot SauceHow to make: Mix all ingredients together and top with tajin on the rim. Garnish with olives, pickles, or “whatever you’re feelin!”
Lisa’s Georgia Cornbread (Our team’s favorite!)Ingredients: 1 Cup Granulated Sugar  1 Cup Brown Sugar Packed 4 large Eggs Beaten 1 Cup Vegetable Oil 1 ½ Cups Self-rising Flour  1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract 2 Cups Chopped PecansHow to make: Lightly grease and flour a 9x13inch baking pan, or spray with non-stick baking spray with flour. Add the sugars, eggs, vanilla, and oil to a large bowl and stir until combined. Add flour and pecans and stir until smooth. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes at 350°.
Marlee’s Double Decker Key Lime Pie -- Ingredients: 2 Cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk ( the 14 ounce cans) 2 Large Eggs 1 Cup of Key Lime Juice Zest of Lime 2 Keebler Graham Cracker CrustsHow to make: Mix first four ingredients together until smooth. Pour half of the mixture into one pie crust. Gently remove the second pie crust from its tin and place on top of the first poured mixture. You can choose to remove the walls of the second pie crust. Pour the remainder of filling on top of the second pie crust. Bake pie for 10 minutes or until set (it’s normal if it jiggles a little). Do not overbake. Set out to cool completely and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving (overnight is best). Enjoy!
Amy’s Oatmeal Drop Cookies Ingredients: 2 Cups Sugar ½ Cup Milk 1 Stick Butter 4 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder (unsweet) 2 ½ Cups Uncooked Oatmeal 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract  ½ Cup Peanut Butter How to make: Mix the first 4 ingredients listed into a sauce pan to full boil. Lower heat for 2 minutes. Take off heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Drop onto wax paper. Let cool and serve!
Emma’s Pecan Pie Ingredients: 2 Eggs Beaten 1 Cup Sugar ¾ Cup White Karo Syrup ⅛ Teaspoon Salt 2 Teaspoon Vanilla 5 Tablespoon Melted Butter 1 ½ Cup or less Chopped Pecans 1 Unbaked Pie Crust How to make: Mix ingredients + put into shell. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes!
Ray Family French Toast Ingredients: 1 Cup Brown Sugar + ¼ Cup Reg. Sugar ½ Cup Butter 2 Tablespoons Light Corn Syrup 12 Slices of Bread 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon 6 Eggs 1 ½ Cup Milk 1 Teaspoon Vanilla  How to make: In a small saucepan, bring brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup to boil over medium – stir constant. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish, top with slices of bread – combine sugar and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, sprinkle half over bread. In a bowl beat eggs, milk, vanilla and rest of cinnamon. Pour over bread, cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
Melissa’s Chicken-n-Dressing  Ingredients: (Dressing) 4 Eggs Onion Powder 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup 1 Can Cream of Celery  2 Cans Chicken Broth 2 Slices Toasted Bread Salt, Pepper, and Poultry Seasoning Shredded Chicken Ingredients: (Cornbread) 2 Cups Cornmeal 1 ⅓ Cup Milk ¼ Cup Oil 2 Eggs How to make: Cook cornbread until desired brownness. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350° until brown.
