All items sold at Ray are exclusive items that cannot be found anywhere else!
While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we will help to ensure that each item is an easy fit and will offer extra guidance in sizing to help you choose the perfect piece!

How soon will an item restock?
We work extra hard to offer restocks on items because we know how bad you want them and we WANT you to have them! We are always busy working on restocks and try to gauge based on demand how much inventory we need.
I purchased an item and later ordered another piece in the same color, but the colors don't match. What can be done?
Each item is small batch dyed with each production run. This can cause slight variation in color with each batch of product. We try our hardest to maintain color consistency with each batch, but there is still a chance for variation. We do find it fun to mix and match colors + pieces from different collections! We have also noticed with wear + wash of these dyed garments it is common for the colors to fade slightly.
How do I know what size to order?
We always do our best to provide an accurate description of the way each piece runs below each style in the description section. We work very hard to perfect the fit of each piece before putting it into production. Most of our sizing is true to size, but if there is an item with an oversized fit or a smaller fit, we will note that in the product description. Please always read the descriptions for extra details on the fit of the item!
